EXTREMELY AMAZING DOCTORS AND STAFF.

I have had excellent care with Dr. Catherine Jacobs at New England Podiatry Associates in Chestnut Hill. She treated me for Sesamoiditis, a painful inflammatory condition brought on by the fracture of the sesamoid bone in my left foot. It is a small and fragile bone, but took a very long time to heal. Dr. Jacobs was very patient, and took me through a variety of treatments, stretching over 9 months. Today, I can walk in my Hoka sneakers with virtually no pain -- a gratifying result of Dr. Jacobs' care . I am so grateful to her!

Of all the various podiatrists I've had over the years at this establishment, Dr. Catherine Jacobs is by far the friendliest, most pleasant and most communicative. She never seems to be in a rush like the others and is BY FAR the most thorough. I'm extremely grateful for her attentive and thorough care!

The office staff at this facility made it really easy to schedule an appointment, they truly work with care for their patients, the doctor explains everything in detail and simple terms and will walk out to his staff to notify of any follow ups, will pull out his iPad and take the time to suggest which items to buy and use for my personal care, I followed his instructions and on the road to a better living health, his suggestions work! I am so happy I decided to go to this facility for my care, it is important to have people who really care about your overall health, I highly recommend this practice to whoever needs a podiatrist.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Jacobs at New England Podiatry Associates. The office staff are very nice and the office is clean and welcoming. I rarely had to wait past my appointment time. In fact, I was almost always seen early. Dr. Jacobs is personable and thoroughly explained everything she was going to do to make sure I was comfortable. I recommend this office.

Outstanding experience with New England Podiatry! I messaged close to 9 PM and was amazed to hear back at 6:38 AM from Brittany—she was wonderful and got me in the same day. Dr. Sax was pleasant, on time, and incredibly thorough. He takes the time to answer questions and truly cares. Highly recommend!

New England Podiatry provides excellent medical care. I have been a patient of Dr. Sax for the last year. Recently, I had a surgery to remove a tumor on my foot. Dr. Sax was professional, thorough and caring, addressing all of my concerns and questions before and after surgery, even calling to check on me two times in the first week of my recovery, The surgery went perfectly and the results have been fantastic! Also, office staff is organized, friendly and reliable. I highly recommend NEP.

Dr Jacobs is an excellent podiatrist. Within minutes of examining me she accurately diagnosed a condition that multiple physicians and podiatrists had been unable to (over the course of 15 years). The relief was immediate as soon as she began treatment and made recommendations concerning footwear and inserts, which I followed up on. I am improving gradually, my pain is reduced and I have begun running again. I had almost given up the idea that I could be free of pain or could resume certain activities. The quality of my life has improved thanks to Dr Jacob’s willingness to really listen and to her excellent skills as a clinician and diagnostician.
